its sorta meh...cool bg and text and whatnot but...why mothim?would look much better on somethin else..whatever the border looks really good and the box is good too..7/10

The colors are nice, and seeing as green is my favorite color, I think the whole thing is nice. However, in this advantage lies a problem. The green text is a little hard to see, so I had to lower your score.
 
uhmm...i dunno....if i was rating just the sig..6/10 but u got a lot of other random..userbars...i think they ruin it,try fooling around with ur sig..srry 5/10
 
I still think the banner is a bit messy and overcrowded, but it does look much more nicer than the old one. The userbars at the bottom could be centered. 4/10
 
I quite like it, it isn't messy or anything which really adds to it. 9/10

I chose Mothim because he is one of my favorite Pokemon and I knew that evilcheese could make Mothim look cooler than he is.

Those are some awesome movesets, and well-made banners. I think it is starting to get a little long though. You should make it where if you clicked on a banner it would show the moveset of the Pokemon. Choise Band Blissey FTW! 8/10
 
Wow, the banner is really big! It's a cute Mothim though, asides from it's head looking slightly weird, =) but it's good otherwise. The text I think should have a different font more matching to the banner's text. 7/10
 
Might wanna try centering it, as well as sizing the font down and giving it some color... But very 'organized', I guess.
