Your sig is very nice! ^^ But if the CSS background was a little longer so it didn't have to repeat.
 
Your signature could be a lot more organised. Also I'm not a fan of supporting banners.
And the main banner is nothing special.

The banner and text are pretty good. But the Eevee there spoils it all. I'd give you a 8 or a 9 if it wasn't there.

2/10. Too much text, and the Trainer Card... blegh.
 
Pretty nice banner and well organised text. But you should colorize the links. I don't really like the text's font in the banner... But it's a 8/10 anyways.

I don't like how you emphasized "three" and "complete," I'm not much for support banners(and the Hoppips make me dizzy), and a trainer card is just a little, I don't know, noobish. Other than that, I guess it's fine, considering others are worse.

Weird, your signature is sideways, and you have someone in my base, killing my dudes. That is mean, but you still get 10/10.

Bit too much text, but I love the picture and Azumanga Daioh. :3
