Would look better without the duplicate outlines or the colour overlays. Border text is nasty and makes me wonder why everything looks packed when there is a huge white space. Css text?

That signature is so awesome! I know, you've had it for a long time, but this tag is one of those that I never tire of. The effects of the signature are great ; very organized and neat. The black background fits the banner's mood very well! ^^

Organized, I'll give you that. The banner isn't quite the attention grabber and isn't too interesting.

Omg, wow. I love the way you got your banner. You used one of the filters on Near pretty well. I think that is Near...

I like this signature very much:) I would give it a 10/10 since it is so organized and the text is good and easy to read:)
 
Same goes for you, I would just move the text around. So it goes along like straight, instead of going down. Just a suggestion however. I like it overall and that blood effect is epic pwnage.

It would look better if there was no space between the banner and the text. The banner also isn't the best of things. So 5/10

Oh, I thought that to, but it fits perfect size for my text so I kept it that size. If you look at it, it stops pretty much where the text ends, so it looks good:)

9/10. That is just awesome:)
