The banner is too small and very unappealling..And the text is plain.

It's nicely thought out.

The text at the top is nicely done, the text at the bottom is done well..Maybe nicer if you can hide the underline on the stars.

But the dotted thing at the top of the banner annoys me.

The signature is organized and I like the banner. The CSS seems like it's too plain, along with the italic words which isn't really nice, so that took off two points easily. Overall it's good though.
 
um i'm not too big of a fan of samus, but i like the contrast n stuff.

Oh, you got rid of the support tags. Although, the text isn't very fitting but the banner's well done. It's improved. 8/10
