I like it! -1 cause it makes me feel all evil inside so I passed the evil on. XD
 
I love Glaceon and Gardevoir. Not to mention the the colors has been blended well and gives of a pretty and radiant feel.

It makes me feel all warm in happy inside! Not to mention Cream and Cheese are my favorite two Sonic characters!
 
They're great. The tag and the avatar are just awesome. The only thing is..the arrangement. It really doesn't look nice. If it weren't for that arrangement, I'd have given you a ten for sure. ;;

As I might have said earlier, the banner and the avatar are awesome. The CSS; you've gotta work on it.

You already know my nitpicks on your theme, Vikalp.

That and I'm not too fond of the drop shadows, personally I think they make your graphics look pretty tacky. XD;

But it's still a very good theme, you are definitely improving. :D

And no, I didn't make it. Just found the pics and made Gavin resize them. XD
 
They match pretty well. The icons are actually nice but not my piece of cake. Also, the text..you know. Grey? Ugh.
Still, pretty good.
