I like it because it's not too flashy, but at the same time that's one of the things I dislike about it. I think it would look better if you moved all of the text below the image and changed the color of the links to red or maybe even olive green. They would match the GB better and look less out of place.
 
It's nice and I like how the links are a similar colour to the blue in the pic, but, themes with the same picture in the avatar and signature are my pet peeve =/

One question though, is that wolf a fakemon, or something else?

I'd say 7 / 10.

And only that low because the graphics are just pictures, and haven't been given effects and what not. Other than that, it doesn't look bad, and it has dragon Pokemon.. and Lance! Should be a 10 for that, if I weren't judging the graphics so much. xD;

Even though I don't know what the theme is of, I do love it. 8/10.
 
This theme is really growing on me, it also reminds me of an idea I had for 4 legendary Pokemon, each a roaming one that represents (and only appears in) a certain season, the one in your theme would make a good winter legendary =D

It's neat, has neutral & complimentary colors, and the graphic looks very well done. {8.5/10}
 
Avatar and signature don't really match at first sight. =/ I might be missing something, but that is my first thought. You're signature is nice and tidy though. :3
