Rate the THEME above you

My main complaint for the banner is: what's with all that space? O_o There's like a big gap of blue on the right side of the banner. It would look better if the background wasn't, generally, plain. I'm loving the pose of that Absol, though. As for the avatar, as what Smarties-kun said, the fact that the banner and the avatar have different shades of blue is a minus. And the PokéPet thing... Yeah, I'm not liking it too much. But, overall, it's a decent theme 7/10
 
Interesting, but I would say you should try to incorporate the brushing in the BG into the render a bit more in the banner. The contrast is a bit strong for my taste, and the text should be differing in colour and a bit close. It seems too detached right now. The avatar. Hmm. You should have left the render unchanged, as the border would have brought out the lightness of it. Again, there is too much contrast, this time because of the darkening. Overall, it's a great theme with some awesome effects, but you need to keep working on text format and choice. 8.5/10

I love the set Jay, Especially the render and all the usual effects go REALLY well with the render. I love the brush work, but I've already seen you use that text combo for a different Ichigo set. D: Originality Jay! Originality!

I'm not even gonna say anything about the avatar because I'm sure if I do I'll just break down and cry in jealousy.

9.9/10 - Only because I don't like really big banners, it makes the banner look more like a picchar then a banner.
 
What I like about this theme is that it has a distinct atmoshpere, Although it is quite plain. The colours are all soft, which is great, and kind on the eyes. However, I can't help but think it lacks.... something. Perhaps text would balance it, but apart from that's it's looking pretty good. 7/10

The avatar, I like. It seems to isolate the focus of the image and exclude the empty sections, making it really effective. The border thickness - brave, and it worked.
Also, I can see some additional effects on the colour, and it's got a nice minimalistic feel. 8.5/10

Overall: 7.75
 
It looks ok to me. i don't know where it's from partly not watching anime so other than that the colors are nice and the render looks awesome. 7/10
 
Well, you don't really even have a theme going on here. No matching colors, no matching avatar and banner. The avatar was pretty badly re-colored, and the banner is nothing special.

Wow, that's actually pretty spiffy of a set.

Banner: I think it's pretty cool how you used their heads as the 'O's, but it's very plain, and Glaceon's ear got cut off kind of randomly, as did the lower half of Leafeon's face, which is kind of annoying. I think it definetely could've used a border, even just a one pixel thick black outline, and Leafeon's font effects are kind of blinding. x.x However, I really like the Umbreon one, it's amazingly well done, and the Flareon one comes in a close second. ^^ I like how it's set up by order of introduction, but the rest of the text bother's me somehow... 7/10

Avatar: If only if only the background were white, then I'd be able to see the Umbreon more clearly. ^^; But I like the flashy effect, it's very nice. It seems kind of empty though... 8/10

So, I guess I'll give you a 7.5/10. ^^
 
Very nice. I love the matching avatar and banner. The colors are great. The text is also colored to match the theme and very well organized.

That's a pretty sweet animation, but you don't have a theme in general, and the animation is kind of choppy, along with the fact that it's not centered and it's blurry.

You've had this theme for quite a while now, eh? I actually really really like the simplicity of this theme and the phrase in the banner; "so emo". XD The text is concise and well organized which is another big plus.

Err... the render itself frightens me. :/ Is that megaman??

Anyway, the banner doesn't seem to be very clear, compared to the avatar, and I don't really like how unbalanced the banner is, with the text being heavy on one side, yet leaving the other side blank.

The background doesn't really appeal to me either, as I prefer busy backgrounds to light ones.

5.10, because I like the border effects on the banner, and I like how your text is organized.

Excuuuuse me? xD; There's NOTHING wrong with Saga's lip! xDD It's a lip ring, you just can't tell because of the white lip gloss.

I thought it was spiffy enough, the 5 of them being all dressed up like that. :3 [/shot for excuses on being laziful~]

ZOMG BELL-CHAN~ ah, memories, I remember I had a signature that said "I Love Japanese Boys." or "Japanese Boys Rock my Socks." And you made me remember <3. Anyways, I love the grunge-ish theme of it and the animation in the avatar is pretty good too. Though, i'd like it more if the animation wasn't as sharp, maybe like a fade-ish one o.O

P.S Gahh, I always look if your on, but I keep looking at the B's D=, I miss you old names.
 
Slowbro! <3 ^______^ The pink colour look awesome with Slowbro and the fog effect looks neat. However, the trainer card in your signature makes the theme look messy and the text on the avatar is a bit hard to read. But you get alot of coolness points for having a Slowbro theme, so... 8.5/10
