Firstly... your sig and avy don't exactly match. There's a faint connection which comes to mind but not obvious enough as the only thing in common is the type of Pokemon and the "darkness" sorta of idea, at least from my POV.
Secondly, it's really the text in your sig that bothers me. The top being all bunched together and all... that's not so appealing. If you changed the font style, that may reduce the bunching.
Also, the banner/picture being Jpg doesn't help the quality of it too much... so um, 4/10 sorry.

Yours is nice, the whole theme matches and the quality's alright too. There's just something about Megaman's neck that seems odd to me. xDD But that's probably just me. 9/10
