I like it. It's very simple, and... I can't say cute, but appealingly creepy~

I can't say I like the previously-known-as. That's why we've got the whole 'name changed to so-and-so, by whatsherface' in the profile. :< It just throws the balance of the sig off.

The black and white theme is nice, though the text just barely exceeds the width of the banner. Try getting rid of a space on both lines or something.

The banner is alright.... But theres a lot of text, and it's extremely pixelly around the sides. And the black text is impossible to read, even though I'm pretty sure that's the effect you were going for, it's kind of a bother. xD;;

The skull is pixelly, that bugs me too. xD;

I hate the text on the avatar. ^^;;

But, the theme matches, and it's not horrendously hideous, sooo...

8/10.
