Even though the theme matches, there is a lacking in depth and what seems like thought into the text. Though it looks fine to most, the BG behind the actual banner is bright and unneeded IMO, maybe a darker green or a dark red of some sort so it fits with your 'X-Mas' theme, but doesn't kill your eyes at the same time.
