Anyway, dragonslayerboy, your theme is neat, although uber-emo. Although, judging from your user title, that's what you're aiming for. I'm torn between my theme-rating skills and my general dislike of emo stuff, but I'll give you a:

I actually liked your other banner better then this one... The red text sort of sticks out against the monochromatic colored theme of the banner itself -1. And the Pheonix Wright banner looks like it was made in paint, and then rolled through a JPEG machine = Bad. -3

And I've never particularly liked pokemon sprites in sigs, sorry. D: -1

Some of the text coloring doesn't really match the banner. I think you should've kept it strictly to the colors in the banner. -1
