Rate the THEME above you

The BG looks terribly messy. The render is blurred(Purposely?) and for some reason, the avatar has text that the banner doesn't. ~> 3/10.
 
I dont even know who that character is. I dont know why it has black marks in it's face, so here:2.9

Lucario is way too blurred... that's not really so good. Especially as the parts of the image is really hard to make out. The black border also looks out of place in both avy and banner. Background is okay-ish.. looks a bit weird though. The spoiler with the extra banners kinda puts off the whole single theme and as I'm not really a fan of spoilers... 3/10 sorry.... x.x

Thanks for the good rating, but don't give beret a bad rating because he gave you one. But seriously, the render is horrible and the text placement is hideous. ---->2/10

Wow. You do realize that this thread isn't "Rate the CHARACTER above" don't you?

Scythe, I love the theme, Scyther is one of my favorite Pokemon, and the BG and render go together very well. The text is also very crisp. ~> 9/10.

Honestly, its a very good theme. Except the character is a little wierd. other than that, its near perfect.

I like the banners, they look pretty cool. Although the arrangement in your sig could be done a bit better. 7/10

I know when you said organization you meant how the first banner is on the left. Thats because its not done yet and another banner will be on the bottom right.

EDIT: shoot, I forgot to rate yours!

All of the info in the banner looks cool, but I think it may be better centered.... ---->7.5/10
 
I love the whole "Iwhatever" theme some people is. However, I think pink isn't the best color that you could have chosen. Also, the text and and the whole "Created by" thing bugs me. ~> 7.5/10.
