The colours on the banner seem too dull and closely-matched, I think it diminishes the focal point of the banner D: The scanlines should be diagonal --> IMO, to go with the flow of the banner, and perhaps with lowered opacity or a different blending mode. It really just lacks flair, to be frank~ and as for the text outside the banner.... D:
