I like it. It's pink :D And has got flashy stuff on it. I like it enough for 9/10. I want a pink flashy banner again too.
 
Nicely laid out, the effects on the banner could be better but they do look decent.

As for pony... that's not the greatest of themes, even for you. Cute banner, but not really matching the avvy(?). No hard feelings, 'k? :3

Meh. Luxray isnt really my fav (Actually its one of my least) and I HAVE seen this a lot......but, I still give it a......um........7.9/10
