ok dragonite:fly sucks get either hp flying or AA surf>waterfall
charizard:same with fly and why two moves of the same type is a waste.
noctowl:fly,fly,fly same here,psychich>confusion take takedown out
venasaur:vena is a tank not an attacker so change the moves.
ferraligatr:earthquake>cut
Blastoise:another tank/hazer/spinner change the move set.
A pretty balanced team and it works.

dude! This is gold version! You cant get swellow! Didn't you read the headline? "Rate This GOLD Team" Feraligatr doesn't learn swords dance on gold. Aerial Ace doesn't exist, and im not going to teach my Charizard Belly Drum, on account of that move sucking! Substitute and Focus Punch is a good combinaton, athough i'll have to use it on SAPPHIRE, because, once again Focus Punch Doesn't exist in gold. I cant find a thunder tm for Kingda(Dragonite), where are all the Thunders and Thunderbolts?
I dont like Zap Connon cause it hardly hits, so where can i find thunder or thunderbolt?

Dragonbreath replace it with outrage if you want to, I prefer dragonbreath though

Fly fly sucks you should have wing attack there instead

Fly since fly is handy when travelling keep it that way :)
Confusion keep confusion if you want to since noctowl's special attack is pretty high you could also replace it with steel wing

I can see that this venusaur needs alot of work

Razor Leaf the only good move on your venusaur apart from sleep powder
Solarbeam gwaargh solarbeam is a big no no put in leech seed instead
Sleep Powder You might consider putting in stun spore instead, but it doesn't really matter
Vine Whip :surprised you still keep this crap on your venusaur? Well it's time to replace it with sludge bomb

Cut Well since your pokemon are already in the fiftees you're probaly so long in the game that you hardly need cut anymore, replace it with a physical attack

Blastoise doesn't really need haze in ingame playing unless he wants to fight a friend and rest? You can easily get sweeped away in two turns and what if he wants to keep feraligatr huh? Fearow: Once again the same question, what if he wants to keep noctowl on his team?A bellyzard for ingame playing sucks you can easily take down any opponent while playing ingame without some freaki'n belly drum in ingame playing belly drum=Suicide.

Exactly Smarty arty. I said Rate this team, not change it. For one How can you compare Alakazam to Feraligatr? They're two different types, for christ's sake! Fearow is not better than Noctowl because Noctowl has a Dual type: Flying & Psychic. For that matter, Fearow is the weakest bird type of all generations 1-3.
I'll name the ones that are Better than him (i might be typing all day):
Pidgeot,Moltres,Ho-oh,Lugia,NOCTOWL,Articuno,Zapdos,Swellow,Skarmory,Dragonite,Gyarados,Salamence,Charizard,Murkrow,Xatu, I mean the list goes on and on. Don't try to give me your team, dude, and pay attention to the thread name before you comment.

Noctowl is the EXACT same type as Fearow. Normal/Flying. It can learn Psychic attacks, but it's not part Psychic. Anyways, because you have the RBY Starters, I'm going to assume you have R/B/Y and thus suggest TMs from those eras. And no, Fearow is much better than that annoyance that is Noctowl.

Dragonite: Dragonbreath/Outrage, Surf (there's no reason to have Waterfall in this generation), Wing Attack (if you have Stadium 2) or Thunderbolt, and Ice Beam.
Charizard: Flamethrower, Earthquake, Slash, Wing Attack
Noctowl: Hypnosis, Dream Eater, Reflect, Return
Venusaur: Razor Leaf, Sleep Powder, Leech Seed, Synthesis
Feraligatr: Return/Slash, Rock Slide, Earthquake, Screech/Surf
Blastoise: Surf, Ice Beam, Rain Dance, Mirror Coat
