I've decided to take a stand and make this thread because I feel some mods throw their weight around too much and overstep the boundaries and are protected by other mods. This is not meant to be disrespectful or be negative please give constructive advice and leave detailed examples of moderators. This doesn't have to all be about the few mods I feel abuse their power. On the flip side you may also praise certain mods here. I think this thread is needed for supers to really get a clue on the behavior of mods also to know who is doing good and who is doing not so good.

So please be respectful, thoughtful, detailed with your responses and remember this is for the betterment of our community.

    Thank you

There is a staff feedback thread for comments exactly like this. A new thread is not needed.
However, to answer your question, I believe the mods here do a fine job and I haven't really noticed anything like that.

I'm sorry, but such threads only beg drama, and given we already have a staff feedback thread sticky where you can give feedback already (which states this: 'Feel free to give feedback for any staff member, Moderator through Site Administrator. Also on the staff in general.')... I'll be closing this.

But I'll make a few things clear here:
    - this is not me throwing my weight or protecting others - there's just no need for a second thread serving a very similar purpose to the other, and no need for potential drama.
    - if you want to let super mods know about something specific (say about another mod, or you wish to contest an infraction, etc), PM them. Similarly, if you have a complaint about a super mod, take it to another or an admin after talking to the mod in question first. Provide proof, explain your position clearly, and it'll be taken on board.
    - as said in the other thread, it's very rare that people would get banned from a specific thread, and I honestly have not seen anything done in your club thread that would warrant anyone getting a ban. If you wish you can PM me and clarify as to why you feel otherwise, and I'll go into more depth about my thoughts on it, or you can continue your convo with the smod who I believe already contacted you about it.
