Rayquaza or Mew?

Do you think that Mew is stronger than Rayquaza because I would like a Mew or Rayquaza but I don't know which is best so can you please send me your opinion.

Rayquaza is better stat-wise, Mew is better move-wise

Rayquaza. Mew may have the most varied moveset ever but he hasnt got the stats to benefit from half of them when compared to the rest of the uber metagame. Rayquaza has a moveset that is perfectly varied and suited to the purpose.

Rayquaza, because Mew is ugly. : )

But really, Rayquaza has better stats/resistances.
