RE:Do you get enough sleep?

I think whether I get enough sleep or not can be debated upon. If I were speaking to my peers and told them the amount of sleep I get nightly, their mouths would drop. I cannot stay up until late. Late as in past midnight on a school night. I wouldn't be able to function at all if I stayed up later (I get up at around six).

My usual is seven hours. I used to shoot for eight last year, but this year I'm often up doing homework or doing my hair, writing in my journal, or just watching television. I pay for it in the morning though. I'm exhausted all the time and hatehateHATE! being woken up. Argggg. Weekend isn't much better. I had so many extra-cirricular activities and I'd have to be up at 7:00 on Saturdays and Sundays a lot. It's a bit better now, but I'm still woken up from time to time for various reasons. Weekends are about eight-ten hours of sleep. I go to bed anywhere from eleven to two. :3
 
As of late, I have been sleeping at around 3-6 AM and waking up at 12/1 PM. Helps with weight control too, because you always skip breakfast. :p
 
HELL NO. I go to bed too late (especially last night) and wake up too late. Wait, that way I get lots of sleep though...

But often I force myself to wake up early, no matter how late I stayed up the night before. Maybe I have a class to attend or somebody I have to meet up with. It's probably not healthy... Should need a go-to-bed-clock similar to wake-up-clock. Don't know how it would work, maybe spray me with sleep gas XD
 
These holidays, I've been sleeping at about 1:00am and waking up at 8:00. ALL THE TIME. No matter what time I go to sleep, I wake up at the same time. I can tweak my sleep patterns by getting an alarm to wake me up at about 5:00am and going back to sleep. I'll end up sleeping for about half an hour longer, but I still need more sleep, since I always feel tired. D:

About 9 to 10 hours.

So that's why your never cranky.
 
My sleeping pattern is all over the place due to my job hours.
I usually go to bed around 5am or 6am and get up in the afternoon.
Then there are days I have to get up early and it stuffs my head around so much! Get big headaches and start feeling sick and weird.
 
Not really, I sleep at like 10 on Weekdays and wake up normally at 5:30. Although I sleep in on weekends I never really get much sleep
 
I love sleep so very much. I really do.

Even so, I almost never get the chance to catch as many winks as I would like to. It's just a conflict of interest, really. After homework and dinner are all taken care of, I like to sit my butt down in front of the computer and/or television and just chill. I often get distracted with something, and before I know it I've only got a couple hours before my first class. That's when I decide to sleep. Yeah, not the brightest of ideas.

I'd say I don't really get as much sleep as I should.
 
On a weekly basis:
About: 12:00am-7:30am

On weekends and days where I don't have to worry about school the next day:
About: 7:00am-7:00pm (recently)
 
During the school days, I normally get around five to seven hours of sleep.
During the weekends, vacations and holidays, I get anywhere between three hours of sleep to twelve+.

I don't know if that's anything good. Do I get enough sleep? XD
 
No I don't get enough sleep that much.Only on school days.On weekends I get like 6 or less hours of sleep.
 
I used to be able sleep for ages, like 12 hours, but lately my sleeping pattern has decided to jump out of a window and then roll around in a puddle for a bit. |: So most days I get between 2-5 hours sleep and the next morning I practically have to inject myself with coffee so I have resembelance to a human being. So in answer to your question? No, I do not get enough sleep.
