I am currently working on a project in which the Pokemons fight against their trainers so I want some custom designs of rebel Pokemons like pikachu with a thug jacket, something like that I jus need few of them like main bosses. 64x64 pics. Indexed or not its up to u.

Why... have you made three threads? Couldn't you ask for all of this in one thread? And you are asking US to create YOU a Pokémon sprite for YOUR game, for reasons best known to yourself. You can legitimately edit a Pikachu sprite however you like. Though I have this:

And if you are working on your game, you cannot expect people to help you all of a sudden.
Edit: And you have marked your thread as "solved" (Graphics✓). So half of the people won't even check it.

What is wrong with you? No one is gonna help you if you just randomly demand that you want sprites made for you. You have to PM a request to spriters to do it personally and courteously.

Use one of these sprites (but please give Credit to the original artist) and edit it onto the Pokémon Sprite of you choice using Photoshop or GIMP and Bam! You have a seriously cool looking rebel Pokémon.
