so you want those pokes in those tiers or are you against those pokes in those tiers lol
 
Electivire should be in UU. I can hurt things only with Screech, which is sad.

No, Electivire sucks. Things like Steelix can pretty much OLOL wall it, even with Cross Chop and Earthquake. Then OHKO it back.
 
Can a Lucarios Extreme Speed beat a Deoxys a?
Dugtrios SuckerPunch?
Floatzel Aqua Jet?
Metagross BulletPunch?
 
Let's not forget, Deoxys-a can ONLY 3HKO NINJASK with a Choice Banded Superpower. Sure, 4x resist, but with CB and Superpower? Lol, OU material.
 
first i wouldnt have electivire in against steelix and theres lots of ways to set up for a speed boost with electivire in ou so speed isnt a problem and with life orb itll do pretty decent damage id say that if electivire is demoted it would only be put in the bl tier and never in the uu tier
 
And then Ninjask can Get 2 Sword Dance, X-Scissor Deoxys and then Baton Pass =x

BL is not a real competative battling tier. Electivire would still be garbage in OU. And no one uses Thunderbolt on Gyarados leads anymore. That GyaraVire combination is as metagame weak and outdated as SkarmBliss. And no, with Life Orb, it can't even OHKO Gliscor with Ice Punch.

Or just has Swellow or Dodrio come in and OHKO with Quick Attack lol.
