Recolors, Chao and Fusions

Can i have the title screen with pikachu, but change pikachu with deoxys and the background should look like falling meteors. and the text should be Cosmo Version.

im sorry title screens and animations are closed my computer crashed and all my programs are gone but i still do recolors and hopefuly ill have lugia master working here doing chao and watnot
