Oh, srry then. Well I learned that you don't replace the shades. I guess everyone haz a different way of doing things. What do you mean?? I didn't do a scratch sprite, if your reffering to the reocket then that's a g/s/c sprite.

You replace colors with other colors in a recolour (hence the word, RE-COLOR) You could switch around colors in a sprite, but it would be easier to completely replace the colors.

A scratch refers to anything that you sprited on your own. I meant the Clair sprite, isn't its body completely sprited by you?

Actually, it's easier to switch the colors, try it sometime. Anyway, no, Clair's body isn't scratched, "image removed" << Real Clair.

Still, the cape is redone. And I think replacing the colors are easier to me.

It's okay, but the colors on the hair and scarf thing look...well...like default paint colors. I know that they most likely aren't, but they look like it. Also, the same two things could use some more shading.

I guess I could show a recent devamp I did of Dusknoir...

I know that I went a little overboard on the dithering. That's because I already had five colors.

Oh, you mean mcuhlike firetears' animations? well, they aren't so hard to do. you'd need to make a fusion of two pokemon and the same for the second frame, then make a simple animation of it going from first frame, to second frame, then shaking and stretching a little.

EDIT: I did a little animation to show you:

Problem is si that it screws up the colouring. don't know how to fix that. silyl gifs.

I want to sprite for a hack of a ROM, so I'm trying to get better.

I'm also not very creative with naming, so help?

Critique is also nice, I like compliments more.

Any mis-spellings of pokemon names are an accident.

Try having a look at the rules and that thread.

I don't think it really matters. In this case it's kind of a "dark influence" theme.

It's sticked at the top and you're suppose to post your sprites inside there so all the fusions and recolours are inside one thread,not seperately because there are alot of people who tend to only post fusions and recolours. It would help if you start creating sprites that are different then these and post them. Like Overshades. Fakemon. Scratched Sprites. Pixel overs. and other pixel art.
