Wow your trainer looks amazing! thr recolours are not so good, by the way dont use sprites that are mid way through movement like your Togekiss, all the lines look shabby, use the base sprite :) but seriously that trainer looks amazing!

No, not really. The outlines are inconsistently and poorly coloured, resulting in half of them being a lighter shade of colour than the parts they're supposed to be outlining. The overall colours used aren't very good (the darkest shade of grey turns a yellow-green shade for some reason), the eyes are no longer easily distinguishable and there's those dots of a light purple colour sticking out of the sprite.

To the trainer sprite, it looks fantastic and the action is clear. The only problem I have is the head, it seems a little small for me.

And I made my first fusion, try and guess the pokemon used :) .

It's a WIP, I really suck at shading.

@Cipher It's okay, but you basically took half of a sprite, flipped it, and put them together, a big no-no. You also need to make sure it isn't facing directly front, but towards the bottom left. Also, needs better, consistent shading.

@Impo The head needs to be smoothened out, as well as the tail. the shading is okay, but the belly is probably the best part of it. The tail also looks like it's in front of the body.

Unova starters in different elements

I always wondered how the unova starters would look with different elements as their base so i edited Snivy and oshawott to different Elements. Oshawott is still in editing stage kind of. I also provided the photobucket links as well. They are just starter edits of colour and combinations of parts from other pokemon a bit.Check it out!

Mediocre fusions, really. Oshawott has many different palletes, which makes no sense, and the eyes are weird. Snivy is the best, though the flame curves akwardly and probably shouldn't have a black outline. Tepig's back ear is facing the wrong direction (it should be away from us), the tail looks detached, and the the front leg should not have the black border above it IMO.

Not only that, you need four original works to start a thread. I see none :P

The flame doesn't look anything like a flame would be sprited because there's almost no red colour and way too much orange. As well as, you know, not looking like a flame and just a strange edit.

Frankly it's only the best looking because it's the least edited.

Went ahead and merged Zephris's thread to the Sprite recolours and fusions thread, this helps prevent clutter in the Pixel Art forums. Just another note that to have a showcase, you must at least have 4 original sprites.

CnC please? On some of them, I wanted contrast so I picked saturated colors and I'm not trying to make them look like official recolors, just look nice.
