Train your Pokemon more, and at least have a ground type to counter his Pikachu and any pokemon that capable of move Low Kick to defeat him. you will have difficulty defeating his Snorlax without any fighting move. Your psychic type legendary will be crushed by his Snorlax since it have Crunch.

^Please don't minimod, Suicune - it's against the forum-wide and hgss-specific rules. just report next time, please. Plus...that section is definately not the place to ask about how to beat Red - that section is for posting about forum-related problems. =|
The proper places would be the Help thread sticky at the top of this section, as that thread is specifically made for questions. There's also the In-game Team Help section for help with your team and whatnot here: https://www.pokecommunity.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=&f=199
Last but maybe not least is the already existing thread about Red where you can see a lot of posts on how people took him on and so forth, which may be of help to you: https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/212705
Other than that, the best way to beat him is to train more (his Pokemon get above the level 80s), get a lot of healing items, and/or luck and patience. That and the above advice are some things to also consider - note that he leads with his Pikachu, the battle has Hail in it (meaning anything he has with Blizzard will always hit if Hail is still falling), and he's not afraid to switch between his Pokemon either. Anyways, closed - need more help, try those aforementioned places.
