[PKMN OPEN] Redux: The Sinnoh Stories [T]

Posted. It is difficult because of cows, hehehe. They have been strategically placed along every posting button every time I have the post ready.

I am going to be out of writing for a day or two. Got hit in the head with a log, so not exactly in writing condition at the moment lol. If not tomorrow night, I will try to get a post up on Saturday.


As far as gym decisions, do you just mean the badge or are the pokemon also decided? I was thinking of doing a double battle so I could get the battle in 1 post.

Personally I'd prefer if you stuck to a single battle for the sake of continuity. Only whether or not you earn the badge is decided by me, the rest is on you.
 
That's fine. I will do what everyone else has been doing then with gym battles.

Also, I had no idea how to handle the food thing at the Poke Centers. I usually go with the anime as a reference and I have never actually seen them have to buy food, so I went with first meal free and anymore is money.

I guess you guys can handle it the way you want, but I probably won't mention the food situation again. At least not in the same way as i did in my last post.

Appearance:
Celeste wears a red, collered vest with white sleeves paired with a black tee and a matching black skirt as well as black leather gloves and white knee socks and red Converse style shoes to top it off.
As for her physical features, she is of average weight with a little curve (gotta love the love handles lol) Short/Average height at a whopping 5'2". Her hair is at medium length going down below the shoulders. Pale blue/green eyes and a youthful, bright face with fine, balanced, facial features.

Interests and Goals: Celeste has always been fascinated by the Pokemon of the Great Marsh, a well known feature of her city of Pastoria. She spend a lot of time in the marsh or on the beach playing with water loving pokemon. Her hobbies would most likely include swimmimg, fishing, studying local pokemon, and playing video games. Because when it's winter, there's nothing better than hot cocoa in one hand and her 3ds in the other.

Family: Just an average family of four (Father, mother, herself, and a sister of 8 years). Originally from Fuchsia City where her family worked as professors who studied the Pokemon of the Safari.

Strengths: Active, Bold, Generous, and Relaxed. She's agile and Clever. Very Persevering.

Weaknesses: Not very physically strong, Slightly oblivious, quite emotional and passive-aggressive, and generally indecisive.

Persevering - Celeste is a very persevering character. Despite her flaws as a typical teenage girl in a harsh world, she somehow manages to push through it effortlessly as if she is always being watched over...

Agile - Despite a lack in physical strength, she is fairly agile and can run and flex very well which makes dodging, speed, and quicker reflexes possible for someone like her. Good for escaping if I may note.

Clever - Now she's no genius Pokemon Professor, but she's rather academically intelligent and carries this knowledge everywhere she goes. It will benefit with practical challenges and situations along the way. And just generally makes her appear less like a naive Mary Sue.

Weaknesses:
Oblivious - To be more specific, Celeste isn't the most spacially aware. With a tendency to zone out and become lost in thought, she is easily caught off guard because of this is bad at multi-tasking and is easily overwhelmed by too many tasks or requests.

Indecisive - Celeste is very analytical when making decisions, and weighs her options well. However, she is a bit of a perfectionist and has to make the right decision almost always. Therefore this causes a sense of indecisiveness.

Fear of Bug Pokemon - As much as she loves studying Pokemon, Bug Pokemon will always creep her out. Especially when, back at the Fuchsia City Pokemon Safari when she was attacked by a swarm of weedless she accidentally stepped on. Her initial reaction to them since them is stop, scream, and run.
