    Well, I have a question:

    General Information
    • Last Activity: Today 10:29 AM
    • Current Activity: Viewing User Profile x_xcrissy

    • Referrals: 0
    In our Gerneral info, there is the Referral thing. What is that, exactly? I havent seen it in the FAQs.... xD
     
    When somebody signs up for an account here, they can put a user name of a person that referred them to PC. Basically, it means that particular user told the new user about PC.
     
    It is the number of times that

    1: A registree put your username in the Referrall Box, meaning you told them about the place or

    2: They registered after clicking a special link that automatically puts you as referrer. I think it went like "https://www.pokecommunity.com/referrid=(idnumber)"

    You can find your ID on the link to your profile. Personally, I prefer option 2.

    Maybe actually try typing the word "referral" into the search box on the FAQ page next time maybe? =P
     
    related question: what is the relevance of the number? Like, does referring a certain number of people get you an emblem or something?

    It's not really something that special. The reward you get when you refer people to the Community gets you a referral. It's just something nice you can do for the community.
