According to Nintendo Power (Nintendo Magazine)the English one is going to be distributed from Toys"R"Us from November 7th to the 15th!

This thread here (https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/156761) already has discussion of these, and mind you this isn't HG/SS specific, just has effects in HG/SS. Best to discuss there, methinks (in fact they're already talking about it). Don't see much point in discussing the same thing all over the place. =/
