Removing Sense/Shopper Pro

Hey there,

So earlier today I was browsing round the internet doing my usual, then after a while I turned my laptop off and I've just turned it on and theres "ads by sense" all over the place, I've removed it from the progam files and I uninstalled it the right way, every time I turn my laptop back on its there again staring at me like i'm some sort of freak :/

please can anybody help me

Seems like you have malware on your computer if it keeps reappearing after you've tried uninstalling it. Have you tried a virus scan from whatever antivirus program you have? If not, then do that, and if you don't have any luck, I suggest you run Malwarebytes and see if you have malware.

Check to see if you have a plugin inside your browser. If you see a suspicious plugin that may cause you to have those weird ads around you, try uninstalling it. If it still appears after uninstalling, then you may have to uninstall/reinstall the browser altogether. Start a virus scan as Zach mentioned, so you can check to see if you have some sort of malware. It *should* detect/remove it.

You might wanna try Malwarebytes as Zach said, but also try it in Safe Mode.
Hold F8 just before the splash screen (Windows loading thing).
Go to "Safe Mode," and see if things can be fixed.
