Rep Are Getting Out Of Hand Now

rep is only to let ppl know that their posts are appreciated -it cant be used as a reason to say ur better than someone, pogi ^^; and anyone who tries to just has no case >.>
they're just a personal thing, and not meants to be used as a comparison between ppl ^^
just enjoy it guys, and know that at least you know the rep you're getting is genuine ^^
and if you really dont like the idea, you can just disable your rep :\

How about... regular members aren't able to give rep. However, they can contact an S-Mod or higher and get moved to another group in which the members are capable of giving rep. If a member of that group is caught abusing it, they get kicked out of the group. How does that sound?

I think in that case the process would be too slow and difficult, instead of a simple gesture of appreciation ?_?
I dont really care about rep, but what makes me angry is:
FIRST: PEOPLE WHO ASK FOR REP! I even know some people who say if you dont give me rep i'll give you bad rep ?_? I dont wanna report them though....
SECOND: PEOPLE WHO GIVE BAD REP FOR NO REASON, EVEN NOT LEAVING A COMMENT! >_>;

I think this could be solved by whether giving the opportunity to identify who gave you rep and also by putting a public rep viewer: something like if you click on the rep blocks it shows you the rep list with comments and stuff... so that if you see stuff like "gimme rep back" as a comment you can do something to stop em..... just my humble opinion...

Look!, im reviving this to say, that a while back, we were talking about how people giving bad rep for no reason at all >.<, and i got a pure example, and i just got VERY angry and disoppointed over a rep, it was my post i made in that thread ^ and the comment?, it was '**** u' i think its obvious who it was, and there lucky that i didn't give THEM bad rep, ok, sorry, i just had to take out all the frustration, and just to tell ya..
