Rep Points Question

Actually someone told me that Rep Power was actually based on the current rep you have. (I think it was Tyler). Your Good Rep Power == Current Rep/30
Bad Rep==Current Rep/60.

Ok here is how rep power is determined (right out of the Admin CP, I just changed the "X" to the number it's set to and the few words after the number).

For every 100 days, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
For every 500 posts, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
For every 30 reputation, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.

That is how rep power is determined for every PC member.

And on a side note bad rep power if half of good rep power (like if you gave someone good rep and your rep power was 100 then if you gave someone bad rep it would be 50).

Wow this is hard to determine huh?
