ubers are pokemon with stats above 600 with the exception of Slaking.

Wobuffet is considered uber since it can take any poke down and its hax.

Pokemon like Heatran and Cresselia have a base total of 600, not considered uber since it has to be above.

Shiny pokemon don't make a difference, they may be rare but they are equally strong as other pokemon.

Legendary pokemon are not the same as uber. Moltres, Cresselia, and Celebi are legendary but not uber.

Mew, Jirachi, and Manaphy are uber.

Your classification of an uber isn't quite right. The base stat total does not need to exceed 600 for a Pokémon to be uber, you even posted a couple of examples of it yourself. (Mew and Manaphy) What makes a Pokémon uber is a combination of base stats, movepool and in some cases ability; base stat totals are just a part of it.

Also, Jirachi isn't an uber and it never has been. Jirachi might have the same base stats as Manaphy and Mew, but its movepool is pretty narrow and a couple of Earthquakes will easily take it down. Even though Jirachi became less predictable in D/P, it'll only take a couple of turns until you can figure out its set and unlike (for example) Salamence, Jirachi can't wreak havoc on your team during those few turns.

Well, I suppose my team shouldn't include ubers. I don't care if there are legendaries (unless you can't compete with THEM as well), but like I said earlier, a well-rounded team with each pokemon having a position/role.

It'd be great if there can be special attack pokemon, but don't overdo it.

I'd like a team. You can put DP Pokemon in it. I only have one Pokemon that I want for sure...Lucario. I'd like to have a good balance of Pokemon...endurance, attack, defense...whatever you guys feel is a good combination of Pokemon.

Sorry for the double post, but I want to mention that I don't want any Legends.
