Tyvm but

what would you recommend if i had blastoise as my main one.

The same thing, basically. Just replace Swampert with Blastoise.

Yea, but Infernape can't learn Baton Pass.

not true, they just had an event in New York were they gave out sinoh starter w/ baton pass and wish cressila

zanacross, I would swap Torterra with Garchomp... but then you'd have a lot of sweepers....

Maybe replace Alakazam with something like Milotic

Just my opinion anyway

zanacross, for the Elite Four I use these:

Infernape *Fire/Fighting*
Roserade *Grass/Poison*
Quaqsire *Water/Ground*
Staraptor *Normal/Flying*
Luxray *Electric*
Weavile *Ice/Dark*

For a team with Charizard I'd use:

Charizard *Fire/Flying* (FLY, and fire moves)
Roserade *Grass/Poison* (Grass *x3* moves and Poison moves)
Quaqsire *Water/Ground* (Water moves and Ground moves)
Blissey *Normal* (Give it a normal Blissey moveset)
Luxray *Electric* (Teach it BITE, and some moves like _______ Fang)
Weavile *Ice/Dark* (Give it part Dark moves, part Ice moves)

And for Blastoise:

Infernape *Fire/Fighting* (Fire and Fighting moves) or if you don't want 2 starters in a team: Houndoom *Fire/Dark* (Fire and Dark moves)
Roserade *Grass/Poison* (Grass *x3* moves and Poison moves)
Blastoise *Water* (Water moves)
Staraptor *Normal/Flying* (Give it a normal Blissey moveset)
Luxray *Electric* (Teach it BITE, and some moves like _______ Fang)
Garchomp *Ground* (Ground moves)

For a team with Charizard I'd use:

Charizard *Fire/Flying* Flamethrower/Dragon Pulse/Air Slash/FILLER
Roserade *Grass/Poison* Solarbeam/Extrasensory/Sunny Day or Rain Dance/Weather Ball
Quaqsire *Water/Ground* Surf/Ice Beam/Earthquake/FILLER
Blissey *Normal* Aromatherapy/Thunderwave/Softboiled/Ice Beam
Garchomp *Dragon/Ground* Dragon Claw or Outrage/Earthquake/Fire Fang or Fire Blast/Swords Dance
Weavile *Ice/Dark* Ice Punch/Night Slash/Brick Break/Aerial Ace

Fixed the moves up a little, never just teach STAB moves, try to teach moves that counter weaknesses as well (eg, Quagsire and Ice Beam)

Also replaced Luxray with Garchomp, due to Garchomp being able to cover more pokemon types, plus it has better attack and speed than Luxray.

Might want a better Physical wall than Quagsire as well, I suggest Steelix

Steelix@Leftovers
Relaxed Nature (+def -spd)
-Earthquake
-Gyro Ball
-Stealth Rock/Toxic/Stone Edge
-Roar/Explosion/Rest

Rest is useable when you have Bliss and Aromatherapy, Gyro Ball does huge damage thanks to steelix's low speed (and the -spd nature) and should KO most Ice/Rock types in one hit

I will use Sigma Crowbats pokemon and the moves Angelic Diablo sugested.

Tyvm to everyone that suggested teams for me.

Are in-game teams OK for here? If so I'd love any help with a team for Gold. No Legendaries if possible, and preferably around doing the damage rather than mucking about with Poison, Sleep etc. Any help would be great.

I'd suggest:

Typhlosion or Houdnoom
Lapras or Gyarados
Tyranitar
Jolteon or any electric type

Some sort of flier and maybe a Gengar or a ground/rock/grass type.

That was off my head though, it's been a long time since I played Gold

Ok guys, I'm about to propose / request a team, but before I do I have a couple questions.

I know there is much deliberation over whether one should use Ninjask or Scizor for a baton passer, and most people as far as I can see, prefer Scizor.
But does anybody know if:
1. The Speed Ninjask gains from Speed Boost can be passed on with Baton Pass?
2. Ninjask can survive a quick attack, from whatever pokemon may commonly use it online (is it at all commonly used?)

yes, the speed boost does get passed on

Right right, well if I were to go with Ninjask, I think it would probably be this one:

Ninjask @ ???
- Baton Pass
- Substitute
- Agility
- Swords Dance

But in any case, I have this so far:

Dusknoir @ Leftovers
- Curse
- Mean Look
- Rest
- Shadow Punch

I love this Dusknoir; Blissey's nightmare.

Milotic @ Leftovers
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Recover
- Hypnosis

I also really really really want Garchomp and Mence on the team, but I think I'm a bit physical sweeper-heavy. On searching for some viable Special Sweepers, I came up with Gengar, who I wouldn't be unhappy about having on the team.
I'm really picky when it comes to this, you see; They NEED to be pokémon that I really like. I would have Absol as well, but that'd just be ANOTHER physical sweeper, which I obviously don't need right now.

Suggestions?

- Also, If I baton passed some stat boosts to Salamence on my team for example, then Mence killed the pokemon he was fighting, and I kept him out for the next pokemon after that, (though I know this probably isn't too likely), would he keep the stat boosts from the previous baton pass??

That 'noir isn't blissey's nightmare...softboiled? Noir would eventually win, but it would be so long and hard...give it WoW and pain split. Noir shouldn't be your blissey counter...IMO at least.

Can somebody help me make a team w

Sorry about the double post but can somebody help me make a team with no ledgends. Whatever pokemon you would like.

Well how would you like your team set up?

Sweeping team? A defensive team? A mixed team? How many sweepers would you like? etc

Requesting a team for the Single Battle in the Battle Tower. I went in their with my Suicune/Steelix/Blissey team and got massacred (mostly by the Tower Tycoon's Dragonite, stupid crits) so I'm seeing if there's an easier team to get through the BT.

Battle Tower is basically grab the right sweepers and unleash destruction ;).

Porygon-Z @ Life Orb / Lum Berry
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Tri Attack
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Dark Pulse
Attack Style 1 is an all-out attack streak with Life Orb, which I would recommend in the battle Tower's Case. Attack Style 2 is Nasty plot when you anticipate a Stat inflicting move.

Medicham @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Pure Power
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Fire Punch
- Ice Punch
- Hi Jump Kick
- Psycho Cut
Choice Scarf Medicham. Use accordingly.

Tyranitar @ Leftovers / Lum Berry
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 88 HP / 244 Atk / 176 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Dragon Dance
- Stone Edge
- Crunch
The final sweeper. Use cautiously.

That's the exact Battle Tower team that I use, and I've made a 50 win streak at least twice (as much as they hax you, I'm surprised I pulled it). Use it however you wish.

I'd like sweeping and one wall for sure. But just going out there and hitting hard.

Looks reasonable to me. My Porygon2 is a bit more defensive, having been set up for the Battle Frontier. The other two I can manage already, just a case of altering their moveset slightly.
