I don't find Recover to have that much of a use on Zam, because once he gets a CM or two Special Attacks don't hurt every much, and no one is stupid enough to keep him in on a physical attack unless you KNOW you can OHKO. So might want to consider Recover/Thunderpunch/Ice Punch in the last slot or consider Ice Punch/Fire Punch.

Alright, I will go with that then.

Aggron (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Brick Break
- Earthquake
- Iron Tail
- Rock Slide

Vileplume (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Chlorophyll
EVs: 200 HP / 136 Def / 122 SAtk / 52 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Aromatherapy
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Razor Leaf
- Stun Spore

Nidoking (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Poison Point
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Ghost]

Electabuzz (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Static
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Mild Nature (+SAtk, -Def)
- Fire Punch
- Ice Punch
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt

I need a Mantine set and another Pokemon for this UU team. And FYI I don't really want or need to ask for help. I just need ideas.

Needs max lefties usage

Nidoking (M) @ Choice Bad
Trait: Poison Point
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Sludge Bomb
- Megahorn

CBed Rock Slides OHKO's Gengar anyway iirc

Electabuzz (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Static
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Mild Nature (+SAtk, -Def)
- Light Screen / Thunder Wave
- Ice Punch
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt

As you can see I didn't really care

Mantine (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 64 SAtk / 192 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Haze
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Toxic

I also need an idea for my sixth Pokemon on this team. And FYI my Vileplume EVs were from Smogon. Also, Aggron needs leftovers because it is my defensive wall. I have currently:
Ninetales(F)@Leftovers
Trait: Flash Fire
252 HP/100 DEF/156 SD
Bold nature (DEF+/ATK-)
-WoW
-C Ray
-Fire Spin
-Flamethrower

I've always liked Persian for UU. Predictable, but still fun. Limber rocks.

Persian@Liechi Berry
EV: 252 Speed/252 Attack/6 HP
Nature: + Speed/-Sp Att
Fake Out
Return
Shadow Ball
Hypnosis

I know Persian lacks in the Attack stat, but at least with max speed he is equal to Starmie and outspeeds Gengar (and does around 60% damage with SB IIRC). If you're playing against UU teams go for Adamant nature instead.

Last time i checked, Relicanth is a UU defensive wall and works well with Choice Band too. Steelix is much better than both of them at the job though IMO. What you really need are a few things that can resist EQ since the majorit of your team has a ground/semi-ground weakness, and Mantine just can't handle the Rock Slides that are bound to follow afterwards.

what does iirc stand for O.o its been bugging me for a while

IIRC = if I remember correctly.

What about Gligar then? Not sure of a set yet though. Need ideas. SD attacker maybe?

I also thought of using Girafarig to BP Agility to Nidoking so I can use Adamant for more attack instead of Jolly for speed.

I doubt anyone will let you get away with an Agility set up, especially without and offensive pass (despite Nidoking's power). You've got enough Sweeping power, so I'd probably say something like Misdreavus or Rest Altaria.

I thought we wanted something that was not weak to Rock Slide. Last time I checked, Altaria was weak to Rock moves.

ya i hate them to.they are hard

Blaziken@Salac Berry
EVs: 252 ATK/252 SPD/6 SA
Lonely nature (ATK+/DEF-)
Reversal
Endure
Flamethrower
Rock Slide

Espeon@Leftovers
EVs: 220 SPD/220 SA/70 DEF
Nature: Timid (SPD+/ATK-)
Psychic
HP Fire
Reflect
Morning Sun

Snorlax@Leftovers
EVs: 100 SD/100 DEF/252 HP/58 ATK
Nature: Careful (SD+/SA-)
Body Slam
Amnesia
Curse
Shadow Ball

Vaporeon@Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP/100 SA/158 SD
Nature: Calm (SD+/ATK-)
Surf
Ice Beam
Wish
Haze

Zapdos@Leftovers
EVs: 252 SA/158 SPD/100 SD
Nature: Modest (SA+/ATK-)
Extrasensory (if using XD mods if not use Drill Peck and Mild nature)
T/Bolt
HP Grass
Light Screen

Umbreon@Leftovers
EVs: 212 HP/158 DEF/148 SD
Nature: Bold (DEF+/ATK-)
Charm
Wish
Baton Pass

I believe Smogon uses XD mods. Not sure about Pokerealm or others. If not use this Zapdos set:
Zapdos@Leftovers

Don't use Amnesia on Snorlax, it's pointless. Go Curse, Sleep Talk, or Earthquake in that spot

Vaporeon@Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP/100 SA/158 SD
Nature: Calm (SD+/ATK-)
Surf
Ice Beam
Wish
Haze

Zapdos@Leftovers
EVs: 252 SA/158 SPD/100 SD

Extrasensory (if using XD mods if not use Drill Peck and Mild nature)
T/Bolt
HP Grass
Light Screen

Rest is better than Extrasensory, and Drill Peck is more exceptional when Zappy has a Choice Band

Umbreon@Leftovers
EVs: 212 HP/158 DEF/148 SD
Nature: Bold (DEF+/ATK-)
Charm
Wish
Baton Pass
Mean Look

I'm still trying to see why you like amnesia on Snorlax when it sponges off just about every Special Attack, then can Strike back off a Base 110 Attack, and then get in a 2 turn nap in between.
