Oh my, OUs and UUs on one team. Makes for an interesting mix though, IMO. You might consider Vappy for Wishsupport when Blissey walls the team and wears out Swampert.

Actually pretty good, just try some EVs, natures, and items next time. Light Screen and Thunder Wave are also common options over Substitute and Focus Punch.

I'm working on an in-game (Emerald) competitve use team. My Dodrio just got Drill Peck for Skarm, so that'd efeintely my next project. I'm also training up Sceptile with Leech, so that's a must as well. You can suggest anything, but my current guys at level 100 are CBCham, T-Wave Bliss, Regice, CBHera, Donphan, Venusaur, and Mixpert's at level 91. There are a few others but my GBA's not in hand atm.
