i need help, i have access to only emerald and on veryvery rare occasions fire red, but i have a team now and im still in the process of trainig them, they are... metagross 45, blastoise 58, jolteon 62, blaziken 64, salamence 56, and tyranitar 64. i was just wondering if that team is good if not can u tell me what pokemon i could use instead?
thanx.

Alrighty then, I need help very much.

Lesse, I need a team, all level 50's for battles when linking up with my friends on Emerald.
I have access to FireRed and Ruby...and Pokemon Box!
Team Pokemon:
Ninetales
Manectric
Tropius
Gardevoir
Milotic
Absol
If you think it's got flaws in it could you make me a moveset?

Synch:
Let's see now…we have Sceptile, and Skarmory as your physical wall. Either Blissey or Regice for your special wall. Hmmm, I find Blissey to be more reliable with all that HP. MixPert works nice as a reliable bulky water. Either CBCham or CBCross. That's a pretty tough decision. Cross pwns stuff with Megahorn, but Cham has Fake Out and can handle more opponents. In the end, I'd choose Cross since it's faster and can take more hits.
Now you have room for one more Pokemon…probably another fast sweeper. Gengar maybe? Nice immunities and doesn't worsen any weaknesses to your team.

Sceptile, Skarmory, Blissey, Swampert, Heracross, and Gengar.
That's pretty nice. Good luck, Synch!

flAmEquilava :
You have 4 Pokemon on your team who are weak against Ground attacks, which is bad. You need another Flying or Grass Pokemon to resist those moves.

PhoenixFluff:
Tropius is a really bad Grass type and Absol isn't too great either, since it doesn't get any STAB off of its massive attack. And Manectric gets outclassed by stronger Electric Pokemon.

For a Grass type, you could try Ludicolo, Venusaur, or Exeggutor. I personally prefer Exeggutor since it totally rocks after a Sunny Day.
For an Electric type, go with Jolteon, Zapdos, Raikou, or even Ampharos. If legendaries are allowed, definitely use Raikou, but if they aren't, then Jolteon is a nice choice.
There are plenty of Pokemon to replace Absol. Let's see now, your team has a lot of weaknesses to special attacks, so a Snorlax will help you defend against those.

Jolteon (M) @ Leftovers

Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

EVs: 184 Spd / 208 SAtk / 116 SDef
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

- Grudge
- Will-O-Wisp

Gardevoir (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Synchronize
EVs: 96 HP / 144 Spd / 132 SAtk / 136 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Psychic
- Fire Punch
- Calm Mind
- Destiny Bond

Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 160 HP / 188 Atk / 56 Def / 104 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Body Slam
- Curse
- Earthquake
- Rest

If you want to have a good chance of winning, then EV train your Pokemon. If you don't know what EVs are, then read our handy EV guide here: https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/64755
Natures are tentative. If you can find Pokemon with the same natures listed above, that would be awesome. If you can't, then don't worry. Just make sure you don't wind up with something like an Adamant Jolteon, cause that would suck.
And finally, try to get as many Leftovers as you can (there is at least one in each version and you can buy more at the Battle Frontier).

Endamaster:

Like with all in-game teams, nature and item availability are tentative.

What would be a good moveset for Nidoking? Willing to breed for it, I have Leaf Green.
Who can I breed Rhyhorn with to get swords dance, and TTar to get DD?

~*^*~~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~~*^*~

Nidoking (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Poison Point
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SAtk
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Sludge Bomb
- Megahorn
- Rock Slide

Earthquake and Sludge Bomb are TMs, Megahorn is by level in FR/LG only, and Rock Slide is a Move Tutor.

You don't need to breed Rhyhorn to get Swords Dance. You can teach it by move tutor.

I don't think Tyranitar can get Dragon Dance directly. You have to breed a male Gyarados or Altaria with a female Charizard or Lapras, then have the male offspring of Charizard or Lapras breed with a female Larvitar.

Team with Reflect Celebi + CBDugtrio.

plz.

You breed Rhyhorn with a Lv10 Zangoose or a Lv26 Absol.

AB already covered TTar.

Can I request a team featuring Cursepert, CB Medicham and Snorlax (of any type), please?

Need EV's, Natures and Movesets for Lugia, Ho-oh and Deoxys (fr version).

@Deen
Ho-oh@Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP/158 SA/100 SD
Nature: Modest (SA+/ATK-)
-Sacred Fire
-Recover
-Psychic/Thunderbolt/Giga Drain
-Calm Mind

OR

Ho-oh@Leftovers/Choice Band
EVs: 252 ATK/158 HP/100 SD
Nature: Lonely (ATK+/DEF-)
Shadow Ball
Sacred Fire
Earthquake
Hidden Power [Flying]

Ho-oh has a base 154 SD, one of the highest available. Though Ho-oh's ATK>SA, CM can make a world of difference between CB and CM Ho-oh.

Deoxys-F@Petaya Berry
EVs: 252 SPD/252 SA/6 HP
Nature: Timid (SPD+/ATK-)
Psychic
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Endure

This is a modification of one of my Deoxys-E sets. This uses a SPD+ nature as opposed to my SA+ nature on 386-E.

386-F@Liechi Berry
EVs: 252 SPD/252 ATK/6 HP
Nature: Jolly (SPD+/SA-)
Shadow Ball
Endure
Rock Slide
Hidden Power [Flying]

This is the other 386-E set. Using the same tactic as above, your choice depends on whether you need a physical or special attacker. Usually in ubers you will want physical because of the number of CM Mewtwo/Kyogre/Lugia/Ho-oh out there.

@Toothache
Swampert@Leftovers
EVs: 76 SA/76 SD/158 HP/100 DEF/210 ATK
Nature: Relaxed (DEF+/SPD-)
-Earthquake
-Rock Slide
-Curse
-Surf

Medicham@Choice Band
EVs: 252 ATK/252 SPD/6 HP
Nature: Jolly (SPD+/SA-)
-Hi Jump Kick
-Shadow Ball
-Double-Edge
-Hidden Power [Flying]

I prefer Reversal Medicham, but this can work as well.

Snorlax@Leftovers
EVs: 100 DEF/100 SD/252 HP/58 ATK
Nature: Careful (SD+/SA-)
-Return
-Shadow Ball
-Amnesia
-Curse

This is my Amnesia Lax, the 1124 SDef Lax. This can work surprisingly well, especially with wish support.

Umbreon@Leftovers
EVs: 212 HP/158 DEF/148 SD
Nature: Bold (DEF+/ATK-)
Wish
Charm
Baton Pass
Mean Look

This would make the best lead, because it can handle most enemy leads. If predicting a switch to a fight type lead with charm. Also Lax's Wish Support.

Raikou@Leftovers
EVs: 152 SA/100 SD/100 HP/158 SPD
Nature: Timid (SPD+/ATK-)
T/Bolt
Crunch
HP Grass
Calm Mind

A top-rate special sweeper. Has the speed and SA to effectively sweep.

Vaporeon@Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP/158 SD/100 SA
Nature: Calm (SD+/ATK-)
Surf
Ice Beam
Haze
Wish

A Hazer and Wish Support, along with a Water type that beats Zapdos.

Celebi@Leftovers
EVs: 212 HP/158 DEF/100 SA/58 SD
Nature: Bold (DEF+/ATK-)
-Leech Seed
-Recover
-Heal Bell
-Substitute

This is the e4 Tetra Celebi, a cleric and stall abuser. With Leech Seed and Leftovers, this can stall more effectively than anything else except Ludicolo.

Deen, remember, you're not supposed to listen to e4 for 99% of the information you seek.

@Doom Hammer

Swords Dance can me taught by move tutor, while Tyranitar's Dragon Dance comes from the Charmander Family, who get's it from altaria.

That is, if i recall correctly.

hey can someone build me the BEST all bug-type pokemon team? and another team with the best Dragon-pokemon, and another with the best frighting type pokemon? all the teams i make always seem to fail. i prefer full all out combat teams. but whichever you would think would be best will work for me.

wonderfull...oh well, it appears I'll skip TTar, my starter is Bulbasaur and I have no acces to RSE anyway :). Thanks.

I can see synch :P Your opinions are wanted though :)

Oh and as regards to my first team request done by Aragorn how do I get wish onto my vaporeon?

~*^*~~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~~*^*~

Breed a female Skitty with a male Togetic who learns Wish at Lv. 29 in FR/LG, then breed the male offspring of that Skitty with a female Eevee.

Togetic -> Pikachu-> Eevee works as well. The Day Care Man will say that Togetic and Pikachu don't get along, but they will make an egg regardless.

There really is no best team in any kind of way, but I can make you a good Bug team and maybe a decent fighting team. Dragon teams always fail so I won't bother with that.

Bug:

Ninjask (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Speed Boost
EVs: 164 HP / 212 Atk / 132 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Baton Pass
- Silver Wind / Hidden Power [Bug]
- Substitute
- Swords Dance

Heracross (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Guts
EVs: 204 HP / 176 Atk / 32 Spd / 96 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Brick Break / Rock Slide / Hidden Power [Rock]
- Megahorn
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

Volbeat (M) @ Salac Berry / Leftovers
Trait: Swarm
EVs: 132 HP / 124 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Baton Pass
- Signal Beam
- Substitute / Thunder Wave
- Tail Glow

Receive the pass from Ninjask, then Tail Glow or Signal Beam then pass or whatever. Thunder Wave can help Armaldo or Heracross set up a few flinching rock slides.

Venomoth (M) @ Salac Berry / Petaya Berry
Trait: Shield Dust
EVs: 76 HP / 180 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Endure
- Giga Drain
- Psychic / Hidden Power [Ice/Fire]
- Sleep Powder

More pokemon should have this trait imo.

Forretress (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 60 Atk / 192 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Counter
- Earthquake
- Light Screen
- Protect

No need to spike or spin here IMO. You can take a few more out of Defense and put it into attack if you'd like.

Armaldo (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Battle Armor
EVs: 244 HP / 236 Atk / 28 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Bug]
- Rock Blast / Rock Slide
- Substitute

Pax will kill me for my horrible EVs, but this is what I got. I'll see if I can make a fighting team later.
