Maybe go Jolly since Raikou gives you problems,

Slowbro is pretty meh in ADV, replace with a better physical wall (or at least change the moveset). Throw in a special wall for good measure (I could list a bunch, but they're mostly the as they are in D/P). then put in a reliable sweeper like Salamence or Tyranitar.

Slack off and Grass knot don't exist in 3rd gen o.0

Whoops look at me violating my own rules hold on I'll change them.

I have downloaded Netbattle my mind blanked when I posted SlowBro. =(

ok to start.....my favs,an uncommon scizor that i use and like.

scizor@life orb
naughty 252 speed,252att
agility
iron head
x scissor
swords dance/night slash.(i prefer night slash as it gives this set excellent coverage)

Physical sweeper, can dish it out, naughty makes it fast enough to get in there, btw its steel type gives it heaps of strengths and it has a good enough def to take a hit.

hows this? should I keep going?

sure! I would love an entire team!

oh yeah! Keep going!

I need 2 moves for a Weavile

Weavile
jollly
Ice shard
Pursuit
????
????

Sadly I do not have access to brick break and will not go through all that breeding to get ice punch so please dont suggest those moves.

There's an option without Brick Break, actually, Sk8 and GreenFan224.

Weavile @ Liechi Berry; Pressure
Jolly; 40 HP, 252 Attack, 216 Speed
Night Slash
Ice Shard
Focus Punch
Substitute

You can use Leftovers instead of Liechi Berry, Punishment instead of Night Slash if you fear stat-boosting Pokémon, and Ice Punch instead of Ice Shard, but you've already stated that you'd rather not breed for Ice Punch.

Substitute acts as both a shield and a way to make the Liechi Berry activate without relying on your opponent to do so. While shielded, you're free to sweep with your other moves, especially Focus Punch. Using your Ice Shard with Substitute also gives you a little more room for planning.

I can do Forretress...

Forretress (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 60 Atk / 196 Def
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Gyro Ball
- Earthquake
- Spikes
- Rapid Spin

But I <3 rest on it if you can squeeze it in.

I need movesets for
-Quick Feet Ursaring
-Mixmence
-Forretress

Forretress was done, so what's Quick Feet Ursaring?

No boom?

I already have a rapid spinner spiker (my bad) so I could use Rest instead of that?
And explosion>gyro ball?

Forretress was done, so what's Quick Feet Ursaring?

Ursaring with ability Quick Feet + Protect to activate Toxic Orb, doubling Ursaring's speed.

Forry can exlpode well, but it's really predictable and every time I'd use it, gengar or Dusknoir would just lol at me and it wasn't pretty...

I like rest to wear down opposing sweepers gradually to the point where a clean-up sweeper can just finish everything. Jolteon and Aero do that with great effectiveness. It all depends on your team in some cases. If forry is your only defense against physical attackers, you seriously need to give it rest and not blow it up.

Would that be any different if I told you it's for a double battle team?
Exploding can come in handy then.
