I'd Swear I've seen people changing their username more then they're supposed to.
As if anyone ever pays attention to the rules...

In a case like this then, I would just message an administrator then and see what they would do. But the first rule clearly states that name changes can only happen once every four months (and once every three months to Tier 4+ supporters).
