The pic is a bit blurry but cool nonetheless!
You should have chosen a different type for it.
The Body doesn't say what damage is dealt and in which way it is dealt...
The attack cost is not good... It should be PPC or PM cause Metal Energies are not common... Some fonts look kinda blurry, bold or thin, but I assume this is because of the PC I'm using which isn't mine...

yeah i the Poke-Body was a bit tricky to word i wanted say like just say The Defending Pokémon was to attack Vileplume, u can send to the attack to another of your opponent's Pokemon.
Metal Energy's not that common, you only need 1 to attach to Vileplume

I like it, good job.
I do think that since the background on the picture is green, it should've been part grass type, but it's still good as-is.
