Resealed Booster Box

I'm picking up a booster box tomorrow. The guy sent me pics. Just want some extra eyes if it seems good.
First time buying out of a card shop...

As it's mostly cleanly and definitely tightly sealed, it looks like a factory booster box should as best as I can tell. Hard to replicate that factory resealing unless you have equipment of that caliber.
