5th Gen Returning to Pokemon White and I'm lost

I have returned to pokemon white after some time and I hadn't made much progress when I stopped anyway. So, I'm at Nimbasa city and the Professor, via the PC, says I need to catch cave pokemon and should retrace my steps to do so. Any ideas as to the location she may be referring to? Also, she says she has something for me but I've forgotten where she is.

Can you give a more accurate description? It'd be easier for me to help you if I know what the situation actually is, so go into detail and I might be able to work out what you have to do next.

The Professor is implying that I have missed cave-dwelling pokemon so, presumablly there are caves before you get to Nimbasa city that I either missed or didn't explore properly. Trouble is, I don't know where these caves are, I can't remember.

I don't remember her saying anything like that in the game, but the only cave area I recall that's encountered prior to Nimbasa is the Wellspring Cave on Route 3. The other caves are Chargestone Cave, Twist Mountain, Victory Road and Challenger's Cave (and also Relic Passage, Seaside Cave and Reversal Mountain in B2/W2).

If you talked to the Professor on the PC and not the XTransceiver she just comments on your PokeDex completion and gives you tips on how to fill it up more. Unless you want to catch as many Pokemon as possible before continuing on with the story, you can just head west towards Driftveil City (assuming you have 4 badges).
