Honestly speaking I don't like either when it comes to games. I am not happy with their stat distribution as well as their looks. I don't say that their looks are bad but they look neither cute nor strong and aggressive nor creepy or anything like that. Still, Gothitelle being a doll pokemon has some creepy stuff associated with it. So, I voted for Gothitelle. I can't judge them from their appearance in anime because I haven't yet watched Best Wishes series.
