I'm not in the mood for any crap today. I just want a rate, suggestions, necessary changes. If we can PLEASE suggest as little pokemon switches, as I don't want new pokemon.

    Gyarados@Leftovers-Lead
    Nature:Adamant
    Waterfall
    EQ
    Dragon Dance
    Taunt
    EV:212 HP/16 ATK/180 DEF/100 SPD

My standard Bulkydos lead. I just don't like Gengar starters.

    Vileplume@Black Sludge
    Nature:Calm
    Energy Ball
    HP [ICE]
    Aromatherapy
    Sleep Powder
    EV:244 HP/90 SP.ATK/140 SP.DEF?/30 DEF?

I accidently gave him DEF EV's, while was training him for SP.DEF. That mistake was brilliant, giving him great survivability. Also giving me unknown EV's. Should I had Sleep Powder or Stun Spore?

    Raichu@Focus Sash
    Nature:Timid
    Thunderbolt
    Grass Knot
    Focus Blast
    Nasty Plot
    EV:Max SP.ATK/Max SPD/6 SP.DEF

One Nasty Plot allows me to sweep. Takes out major threats with Sash. Ask Iceman :)

    Donphan@Leftovers
    Nature:Impish
    Ice Shard
    EQ
    Rapid Spin
    Stealth Rock
    EV:252 HP/??? ATK/??? DEF

I've never done Phany before, & could use an EV spread.

    Miltank@Choice Band
    Nature:Adamant
    EQ
    Return
    Ice Punch
    Milk Drink
    EV:252 ATK/126 SP.DEF/126 SPD

HAH! CHOICE BAND MILTANK! Never expected. My haymaker.

    Noctowl@Light Clay/Leftovers
    Nature:Calm
    Night Shade
    Whirlwind
    Roost
    Reflect
    EV:252 HP/168 SP.DEF/68 DEF/22 SPD

Very annoying. High HP, take SP.ATKs like nothing, & Reflect makes it troublesome. Roost just pisses people off.

Well, give me rate & suggestions. As little substitutions as possible. I'm not in a very good mood today, so no bad rates, no annoying comments.

    Looks good.

Well, give me rate & suggestions. As little substitutions as possible. I'm not in a very good mood today, so no bad rates, no annoying comments.

Overall looks good, but a huge boltbeam weak. Reflect from noctowl gives you decent heracross and Vire survivability, so I guess you're decent in countering those two, but I do see some problems. with the pokemon you have, you've done pretty well. With reflect you can probably send in gyarados (armed with intimidate ;)) and DD up while they either helplessly attack you or switch.

Oh so you went in and stole MY Donphan do you =\

    What happened to Gaia? ;_;

I need Stealth Rock. As for CB MIlk Drink, its for putting people off on CB. Ask Richard.

Also, Miltank has Thick Fat. & Donphan resist Bolts

    EDIT:Gaia's on Vacation.

Ah. It'll require a lot of prediction though...and what's gaia?

    My Torterra. He's my Torterra.

don't worry about sims' prediction skills. he's a great battler with surefire favorites.

i'm sure you were finally convinced that your fire weak was too much XD. donphan is nice and all, but i wouldn't bother with rapid spin. i know, crazy right? D/P has changed so much these days that there's no time to use moves like rapid spin that is too predictable. it's different on someone like claydol who can protect himself from his weaker defense stat with either light screen/reflect, but donphan relies on just his offensive movepool to surive. i'd rather give donphan knock off than rapid spin so that he can completely make a fool of your opponent by not only getting rid of the item that the switch in has, but knowing what kind of moveset they operate because of the item. i know you need rapid spin for raichu's focus sash to do its job, but i'm not a big fan of depending on focus sash when that pokes is not a starter. that's just my opinon on it.

i'm still a little iffy about aromatherapy on vileplume, but you've always made it clear that you're not a fan of status infliction (which btw, thanks to you and your awesome hoot-hoot, i've been able to control w/ psycho shift). truth is vileplume doesn't really have any other options when it already has HP ice. but still, i know you hate missing with sleep powder -- just give it wide lens. HP recovery is great and all, but missing ONE sleep can change the battle way more than 1/4 HP recovery over 4 turns.

gyara -- i should have offered to give you a Wacan Berry. leftovers is dandy and all, but gyarados can manage taking hits other than electric attacks.

and lol -- i remember how strong that return was on miltank. you must have raised it up a lot for it to like you.

    looks good.

if it can learn it, give donphan SR. also, whys everyone KFC employees now?

    check the fanclubs thread...

And I personally don't endorse SR, but it's his choice. And Samson, of course sims can handle it. *bows down*

    On Donphan

    Donphan@Leftovers
    Impish Nature
    252 HP / 252 DEF / 6 ATT
    - Ice Shard
    - Earthquake
    - Rest / Stealth Rock
    - Rapid Spin

I highly suggest you use this as a full wall because you have nothing to take hits on the physical side.

You need Rapid Spin on this, Noctowl, Gyarados get 25% HP of health chipped off each time they switch into Stealth Rock which is not good and all focus sash ABUSERS users 100% NEED a Rapid Spinner on the same team. Also the rest of you team gets wrecked by spikes, i learned this the hard way.

You can abuse Rest with Aromatherapy or Stealth Rock for team support and to mess up focus sash users.

EDIT: Wheres Bronzong azwell ? maybe drop something for that to cover your gaping Ice Weakness (When Miltank dies)/Electivire weakness??

Id say its good.Hes a beast once he gets a couple of dragon dances.

    Vileplume@Black Sludge/Wide Lens
    Nature:Calm

    Sleep Powder
    EV:244 HP/90 SP.ATK/140 SP.DEF?/30 DEF?

Ids say good(i don't know how to use it though)but maybe adding wide lens. That is what messed you up last time we battled. But Black Sludge is OK.But maybe Synthesis over Aromatherapy? And Wide Lens to give Sleep Powder a little more accuracy.

I accidently gave him DEF EV's, while was training him for SP.DEF. That mistake was brilliant, giving him great survivability. Also giving me unknown EV's. Should I had Sleep Powder or Stun Spore?

Yeah you need the defense.Your running weak on that.Maybe squeeze in Knock off.A blissey would sure hate to lose here lefties. But then again you do need rest to heal.

I've never done Phany before, & could use an EV spread.

    EV:252 HP/168 SP.DEF/68 DEF/22 SPD

I would say good.....go for light clay.He needs reflect to stay in as long as possible.

Very annoying. High HP, take SP.ATKs like nothing, & Reflect makes it troublesome. Roost just pisses people off.

Id say you have a great team here.Changes in bold.

    Anways i hope i helped.:)

    Sims....as much as I enjoy battling you, I still can't. T_T

    But I'll rate...

    Gyarados @ Lum Berry/Focus Sash
    Nature: Adamant
    EV:212 HP/16 ATK/180 DEF/100 SPD
    -Waterfall
    -Earthquake
    -Dragon Dance
    -Taunt

Leftovers may not be the best start for a lead Gyarados. But Lum Berry will protect you from the walls while you gain a Dragon Dance, and Focus Sash will defend from the sweepers or Gengars...

Overall, any of the items depending from which pokemon will give you a safe Dragon Dance.

    Miltank@Choice Band
    Nature:Adamant
    EV:252 ATK/126 SP.DEF/126 SPD
    -Earthquake
    -Return
    -Ice Punch
    -Brick Break/Focus Punch

If you will have Choice Band user, you might as well have an full set of attacks. Including an Fighting attack to counter part Normal types and Darks.

    Noctowl@Light Clay/Leftovers
    Nature:Calm
    EV:252 HP/168 SP.DEF/68 DEF/22 SPD
    -Night Shade
    -Whirlwind
    -Roost
    -Reflect

I liked it better when it had Air Slash...

    An Bleach posted thread....=D

I'd probably run Stun Spore to aggravate opponents.

    Okay.

Be on the lookout for Electivire. Scarfed Heracross might also be a potential threat.

Also, I'd probably exchange Gyarados's Leftovers for a Wacan Berry. It's best to scare off enemies at the start, make a first strike, then switch out and allow it to clean up later.

hey im not here to rate i mean your team is fantastic but ever since i made the HP(fire) vileplume it's been dominating!! thanks for the set sims!! =D

All these post lightened my mood a bit. Thanks. I'm glad to see so few changes.

    & Mudkip, No problem.

ThePlaya, I am unable to get both Synthesis or Moonlight.

Syntehsis is screwed by sandstreamers and other random weather, making it a rather useless move anyways...

I wouldn't say that. Not "useless". Sandstorm is less common than I thought, & Torterra is a great wall because of it.

It still is a very bad move...TTar is so amazinghly common it's annopying. hooray for ADV where there was no sandstorm SDef boost!!!

Though yeah, torterra is a great tank, as long as the beamers are at bay ;)

i think several random pokes like togekiss could secretly learn aura sphere JUST for the TTar reason, wouldnt you agree pop?? ;)

Stone edge on the switch = OUCH. If it OHKOed, sure, but watch out if it doesn't...the SDef boost of sandstream is very ebil
