Well I am new here, and just wanted to post my banners :)
They're not that great but I've put efforts into them and I hope you'll love them.

These are awsome! The thing that bugs me is the pitchures look really old.

All of them are mighty awesome! :D Which program did ya use to create them? I mostly use Photoshop for making banners and sigs. I liked them. But I really don't know..something's missing... I'll think and tell you about it. ;)

They look nice, I like the shaymin one xD but They look very bright maybe you should lower the brightness :] And the text seems doesn't match. Maybe you should take a little tutorials in text. :]

Hate to rain on everyone's parade, but these really aren't very good.

The main thing I don't like is the background, it looks like you just slapped a render onto it and added some text. (Also some blend layers I believe, and these are actually relatively well-executed.) The stuff you choose is also really busy, and your renders are often lq/waaaay too big. You could be the best artist in the world, and your tag would still look bad if you had a bad render. I do like your typography, but it would be better without the gradient overlay. =/

I have to agree with that.
The text is what annoys me about them all the most. Some of them are kind of hard to read for example:
This one's text is pretty much, oh I don't know, impossible to read.

Same with this

You really need to work on the text. Maybe not use blending. Just use a nice soild text that is easy to read and still looks good.

You also definitely need to learn how to make the renders blend in.
I'm sorry if my criticism is a little harsh. But you really do need to read a few tutorials. (Also stop using the brightness-darkness contrast so much)
I hope to see some improvements. I can see you have good potential as a graphic artist but even the best can still improve.

I think these banners are alright in terms of how they look, save for one major thing. The text sort of blends in so much with the picture it becomes hard to read, and that's something that puts me off a bit. I do have to say the top one is my favorite though =)

They look good, but like others have said, the text looks a bit funny. Better then I could do.
