The thing is he dresses in a smart suit but it doesn't look like it to me.
Riley could make be a Steel Gym Leader in future gens not only in D/P/Pt.
 
he's kinda annoying how he keeps saying that he'll be better than you someday, and ...thats about it.

His Hat is amazing, not everyone can pull off those kinds of hats, its like perfect for him. XD

I have no clue. I'm guessing aaron is an ancestor of riley.

Riley is in the DP 110 "Riley and Lucario!"

I don't think you should link it here and I wont but if you search that you should find it but only in Japanese though. They don't have English episodes yet.
 
I dont care if it is Japanese >.> . at Least I Know How to Write Rukario in Japanese Letters lol.
