RMT - Balanced Team - OU, 4th Gen.

yes, that is good, but you would need to make it.....hold on...

Electivire@Expert Belt
Naive Nature (+ Speed - Sp.Def)
252 Spd, 178 Atk, 80 Sp.Atk

Thunderbolt
Cross Chop
Earthquake
Ice Punch

There, make sure the vire has 31 IV's in speed, so it is as fast as possible. You must realise that many people will predict a switch to vire and use Earthquake... (I would)

So if you cannot get the speed boost, you must be as fast as possible to counter the other vire. REMEMBER, MUST HAVE 31 SPEED IV'S TO HAVE THE BEST CHANCE OF SUCCESS.

You may still want to think of a switch for Miltank though...

Perhaps:

Ursaring@Toxic Orb
Adamant
Guts
252 HP, 252 Atk, 6 Spd

Return
Shadow Claw / Stone Edge
Earthquake / Substitute
Fire Punch / Focus Punch

Flame Orb goes with Guts. Toxic Orb goes with Quick Feet. IMO, Quick Feet on that Ursa. Needs Protect for that turn that Toxic Orb activates...

Ursaring @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Quick Feet
Jolly / Adamant Nature
- Protect
- Return
- Earthquake / Close Combat
- Night Slash / Shadow Claw / Crunch

Note: If you're going for Guts, use Facade instead of Return, and run with Hammer Arm.

Also,

Starmie @ Life Orb
Trait: Natural Cure
Modest Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Surf
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt

Not only does Psychic get STAB, but it also helps to get rid of some of those Gars that try to block Rapid Spin.

NO using Infernape, too difficult, and hard to keep up, erm...

lol

Is that really your reason to not using Infernape? This team is weak to SkarmBliss, and lol, too difficult? Focus Sash Infernapes have reputation for sweeping entire teams in the late-game, and I don't even understand what your saying of "hard to keep up?" "too difficult" lol.

Infernape must be the best non-dragon, non-uber, late-game, mixed-sweeper ever.
A mini-uber in its own, one might say. You can even lead with it if you want.

Infernape @ Muscle Band
Trait: Blaze
Adamant / Lonely Nature
- Flare Blitz / Flamethrower / Blaze Kick
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge / Rock Slide
- Thunderpunch / U-Turn

All out attacker.

It's funny how much damage U-Turn does to a Starmie. And you can even laugh when you switch into something Water Absorbing. *coughvaporeoncough*

A starmie that can't boltbeam is a sad starmie...gengar is owned by surf anyways, does a number to it.

Donphan (♂) @ Nothing
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 80 HP/220 Atk/208 Def
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Ice Shard
- Rapid Spin
- Fire Fang

Or, you can do this...:)

Donphan (♂) @Leftovers
Sturdy
Impish (+Def - Sp. Atk)
252 HP, 36 Atk, 222 Def (36 Atk EV's scores 2HKO on 357 HP/226 Def Garchomp with Ice Shard)

Ice Shard
Earthquake
Rapid Spin/Roar
Stealth Rock

I have Roar over Rapid Spin, but you may want to keep it as a rapid spinner. This gives it a higher tanking ability, and can be another stealth rocker to go with Skarmory, allowing Skarm to give Spikes support for greater switch-damage.

Donphan without Leftovers is suicide. And he can't really be a Physical Sweeper. :/ So second set it is.

The Nothing was an accident. Yeah i knid of need a Spinner

Well, there's Starmie..

Starmie (F) @ Leftovers **Big Star
Trait; Natural Cure
EV's: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -ATk)
- Rapid Spin
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt. I see you had it on your last Team w/ Expert Belt. :/

Gardevoir@Leftovers
Calm
252 HP, 252 Sp. Def, 6 Spd

Thunder Wave/Calm Mind
Hypnosis/Calm Mind
Psychic
Grass Knot/Energy Ball/Focus Blast

Off the top of my head. Has a good Sp. Def to be utilized. Grass Knot or Energy ball, depending on what you worry on, and Focus Blast for Dark Types that try to wall. I think it looks alright, but as I said, off the top of my head...

~M51

More like:

Gardevoir (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Synchronize
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Focus Blast
- Will-o-Wisp / Hypnosis
- Thunderbolt
- Wish..
