Playing after a long while. Probably crappy team. Suggestions are appreciated.

    1.

    Swampert@leftovers
    Nature: Modest
    252 HP; 252 Speed; 4 SP.Attack
    Torrent
Surf; Ice Beam; Stealth Rock; Roar

Starter Pokemon. Basically gets stealth rock up and Roar if I can't floor the opponent's starter with my moveset. Invested in speed well for this to work. HP is high because I want it to last a while on the field. I usually switch in my Blissey with Wish to get it back to full form.

    2.

    Blissey@leftovers
    Nature: Calm
    252 HP; 252 Defence; 4 Speed
    Natural Cure
    Toxic; Wish; Softboiled; Counter

My primary wall. I switch to it and use Wish a lot and try to get a toxic in too if I can. I've found myself in situations with only Blissey left and two or three pokemon remaining with my opponent and I've managed to pull through with a combination of Toxic and Softboiled. Counter's been pretty useless so far. I want to replace it with a better move.

    3.

    Gengar@life orb
    Nature: Timid
    252 Sp.Attack; 252 Speed; 4 Defence
    Levitate
Focus Blast; Shadow Ball; Hidden Power (Grass); Thunderbolt

Special sweeper. Pretty standard Gengar moveset. Hidden Power is grass for walls like Hippowdon and Thunderbolt for Milotic.

    Hippowdon@leftovers
    Nature: Impish
    129 HP; 129 Attack; 252 Defence
    Sand Stream
Roar; Stone Edge; Slack off; Earthquake

Pseudo physical wall. Stealth rock is already set up by Swampert so roaring is an asset. Invested a bit in attack to pull off Stone Edge and Earthquake. His lack of speed hurt me a few times.

    Infernape@Choice Band
    Nature: Adamant
    252 Attack; 252 Speed; 2 Defence; 2 Sp. Defence
    Blaze
Grass Knot; Close Combat; Thunderpunch; Flare Blitz

Physical sweeper. If he's going down, he's going to take as many down with him. Grass knot was surprisingly beneficial to me in many matches. This moveset hits most of his main adversaries hard

    Heracross@Flame Orb
    Nature: Adamant
    252 Attack; 252 Speed; 4 Defence
    Guts
Close Combat; Facade; Megahorn; Swords Dance

Second physical sweeper. Facade+Flame Orb works very well. For Gengar and Driftblim I tend to use a couple of Swords Dances before Megahorn. Like Infernape, he's just here to kill as many pokemon as possible.

Swampert should not run speed because it's slow and needs bulkiness much more. Use this set over your current one please.

    Swampert @ Leftovers
    EV : 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
    - Earthquake
    - Ice Beam
    - Stealth Rock
    - Roar / Yawn

^ EQ/Ice Beam grants you the best coverage and Yawn can be used if you like though Roar is usually preferred.

Secondly Blissey running Max HP only gains like 6% more survability, you should probably change those to something like 252 Def / 128 SpAtk / 128 SpD and run Softboiled / Flamethrower / Toxic / Seismic Toss. If you don't run SToss you'll lose to anything with a Sub and 128 SpAtk's EV's breaks Rotom-A's Subs I'm pretty sure.

With Adamant nature and no EV's Grass Knot isn't going to be doing much, I'd replace that with U-Turn which can be very useful for scouting and smacking Latias hard when she tries to come in on you.

What I don't really like is that half this team is stall and half is offense so basically you don't really have the power to smash throw full-on stall teams but lack the defence to continuously stall a offensive team. Personally I would turn this into semi-stall. Firstly consider replacing Hippowdon with something like Skarmory or Forretress, Sand Stream isn't that helpful to this team. Eliminating Lefties recovery for Blissey and causing Gengar/Cross to die much faster isn't that helpful.

    One of these two?

Skarmory @ Leftovers / Shed Shell
    Nature : Impish
    EV : 252 HP / 64 Atk / 176 Def / 12 Spe
    - Spikes
    - Whirlwind
    - Roost
    - Brave Bird

    Forretress @ Leftovers
    Nature : Impish
    EV : 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
    - Spikes
    - Rapid Spin
    - Pain Split / Toxic Spikes
    - Payback

Next you got to have a better spin-blocker then Gengar if you want to keep your valuable entry hazards. Stalker Rotom-A works very well here.

    Rotom-W @ Leftovers
    Nature : Bold
    EV : 252 HP / 160 Def / 96 SpD
    - Discharge
    - Will-O-Wisp
    - Rest
    - Sleep Talk

Then you could consider Scarfing Ape and giving it TPunch / Close Combat / Fire Blast / HP Ice to cover stuff like Mence, DDGyara.etc with 84 Atk / 232 SpAtk / 192 Spe

So maybe a final product like this.

    Swampert
    Blissey
    Skarmory
    Rotom-W
    Infernape
    Heracross

You could do it the other way around and make it offense team but stall is domainting the ladder now as evidenced by imperfectluck and panamaxis being No 1. and 2 respectively who are stall players :)

    Have fun with this team.

I propose to give Choice Scarf to Heracross, to stop MixApe that from many problems to your team.
