After that I became obsessed with OU competitive battling, and have recently decided to try out ubers again now that there are more ubers so every battle isn't the same. =]

Most Rayquaza die in one Ice Beam or Spacial Rend, so I gave it a Focus Sash. That'll give it time for a Dragon Dance, giving it 397 speed to outrun anything that doesn't have a Choice Scarf. Earthquake for Dialga, Waterfall for Ho-oh and Groudon, and Dragon Claw for anything else.

6. Mewtwo @ Choice Band
Adamant [Atk+, Sp. Atk-] (should it be Jolly?)

WAY more speed and wants Outrage.

yeah, consider Overheat to hit skarm and forry etc. Extremespeed hits Deoxys Attack, as it outspeeds you after a DD. D Claw is if you down want to be locked into Outrage in the early game.

Looks Cool =P, but you may want Ice Punch to hit the Latis.

Comments in bold.

You need a status absorber and a physical wall , may i suggest Giratina >> Mewtwo. Also you may need a steel to absorb Outrages. Dialga could work, >> Darkrai or Uber Metagame Metagross >> Palkia works, the first is an ok switch into Kyogre.

Also just be careful of Bulk Up Dialga, Specs Kyogre and Sub petaya BOLT BEAM Super Power Deoxys Attack >_<, they hurts ALOT.
