Alrighty, I'm back with another team. This one is different from the first in that I have three sweepers on the team instead of four. I don't know if that's going to turn out to be a problem... but whatever that's why I'm here right?
Again, try to keep edits possible within the realm of one game pack. I can trade now and everything, but I've built the team around having only one of each TM found in-game.
I appreciate all help that is given. If you find problems with a pokemon or even a specific move, please provide a reason why it doesn't belong/should be replaced, and also a suggested replacement. I think that my team got rated really thoroughly last time so I shouldn't even assume anything less from you guys =D
Anyways, here we go again...

An Overview

I lead with a standard suicide Aerodactyl, taunting the other lead and hopefully getting the SR off. Cresselia comes in on a safe switch in and sets up a dual screen. The sweepers are there to do damage of course. Umbreon is to be used strategically to get wishes for the team or to pass mean looks for easy setups/sweeps.

In Depth
Spoiler:
Aerodactyl
(Rock/Flying)

Ability: Pressure
Nature: Jolly (+Spe/-S.Atk)
Item: Focus Sash
EV's:4HP/252Atk/252 Spe
Taunt
Stealth Rock
Ice Fang
Rock Slide

Taunt
Stealth Rock
Ice Fang
Rock Slide
This is a suicide lead. I taunt the other lead pokemon, predicting a set up, and then stealth rock. After that I can either switch or do some damage with ice fang or a STAB rock slide. The EV's emphasize speed and attack. Focus sash protects Aero from a first-turn OHKO which guarantees a stealth rock (assuming I'm faster)
Cresselia
(Psychic)
*pokemonelite2000 image removed*
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Bold (+Def/-Atk)
Item: Light Clay
EV's:252HP/252Def/4 S.Atk
Reflect
Light Screen
Ice Beam
Thunder Wave

Reflect

Thunder Wave
Dual screen Cress. Bold promotes it's 130 base defense. Light Clay sustains the reflect and light screen for an extra 3 turns. This is a good switch in for pokemon that it resists. I can get my screens up and then thunder wave and switch. If it's a pokemon like mence, I can do some good damage without taking too much in return. The role here is to support the rest of my team.
Blaziken
(Fire/Fighting)
*pokemonelite2000 image removed*
Ability: Blaze
Nature: Adamant (+Atk/-S.Atk)
Item: Choice Band
EV's:252Atk/4 S.Def/252 Spe
Flare Blitz
Superpower
Thunderpunch
Stone Edge

Stone Edge
The first thing that is probably coming across your mind is... "Why the #%@! doesn't he use the mixape set. It's faster, has a better movepool, and can set up nasty plot, and is way more threatening in the OU metagame than Blaziken (who plays in UU)."
I picked Blaziken, honestly, to provide a different pokemon that is stronger than Infernape (at least attack wise) and can make other people uncertain of what to expect. This set has flare blitz, which is a great STAB move for Blaziken, and superpower -- which is also a great STAB option --. Thunderpunch gives Blaziken some surprise against some possible counters (starmie, a part flying type like mence with EQ, etc.). Stone edge provides a good attack with some extra type coverage.
Yes I know the speed is not very optimal but... just give me an opinion on this one.
Salamence
(Dragon/Flying)
*pokemonelite2000 image removed*
Ability: Intimidate
Nature: Adamant (+Def/-Atk)
Item: Yache Berry
EV's:252Atk/4 S.Def/252 Spe
Dragon Dance
Outrage
Earthquake
Dragon Claw
I used a DD Salamence with a yache berry just because I'm already CBing Blaziken, and I really don't like choice banded sweepers. I can set up a dragon dance or two and then try to do damage to the other team. I might replace dragon claw with a different move for added type coverage.

Gengar
(Ghost/Poison)

Ability: Levitate
Nature: Timid (+Spe/-Atk)
Item: Life Orb
EV's:4 Def/252 S.Atk/252 Spe
Thunderbolt
Shadow Ball
Focus Blast
Explosion
This is where the life orb you might've expected on Mence went to. Slapped life orb on gengar and used a standard gengar sweeping set. Explosion is the last resort of this set. Promoted speed gives me almost a guarantee I will get the explosion off before getting KO'd. I might replace focus blast and use a boltbeam combo. (GBA anyone?)

Umbreon

Ability: Synchronize

Mean Look
Baton Pass

Toxic

Trap passing Umbreon. Send him in on a pokemon that I can sweep or set up on, mean look and pass to the counter for said enemy pokemon. I can also pass wishes for healing support. Toxic is good for pokemon that might otherwise cause problems.
I really love this set!
Concerns
I need a couple of moveset tweaks (dragon claw on Salamence for instance) assuming the pokemon are actually correct. I know Blaziken might be hard to use, so if there is a serious suggestion that can replace blaziken (or replace him and another pokemon, but keep the same roles filled) (or something). That's my main concern. Also a big concern is that I only have three pokemon that can really attack and do damage. I know there are other types of teams out there like stalling teams, but this is clearly not a staller team. So I really don't know what to think.
Conclusions
So again, I welcome and need all the help I can get. Thanks for taking the time to read this thread!
