No, Gyarados WILL outspeed you after a dd and OHKO if it runs the common 144 Speed Evs @Adamant.


Also the ever common SS makes Focus Sash auto fail..

Gyarados can use switch =/ and come back later easily on donphan or something and go OLOL DD, 6-0.

Id really consider starmie.
