Another RMT, this time my primary team.

    Here we go:

    *image removed*

    1. Skarmory@Leftovers
    Nature: Impish
    EV: 252 Def/HP/6 Sp Def
    1. Spikes
    2. Stealth Rock
    3. Whirlwind
    4. Roost

Standard Physical Wall/Spiker. Why don't I have Drill Peck? Well, it's not like Drill Pecks gonna do massive damage against Gyarados/Electivire, so there's no point.

    2. Swampert@Leftovers
    Nature: Careful
    EV: 252 Sp Def/HP/6 Attack
    1. Waterfall
    2. Stone Edge
    3. Roar
    4. Curse

My Special Wall. Covers all of Skarmory's weaknesses, and vice-versa. Curse to increase Physical Defense, and Roar so they don't set up on me as well. Waterfall=great STAB, and Stone Edge=Gyarados/Salamence counter.

    3. Mismagius@Wiseglasses
    Nature: Timid
    EV: 252 Speed/142 Sp Attack/116 HP
    1. Calm Mind
    2. Energy Ball
    3. Shadow Ball
    4. Thunderbolt

NOT REPLACING WITH AN OU!!!!!!!!!!!My Special Sweeper/Anti-Spinner. This is mostly used to stop Rapid Spinners. Mismagius isn't as frail as Gengar and makes use of this set better than Gengar. All attacks are SE VS Starmie, Energy Ball for Donphan, and Thunderbolt for Foreetress. I can use Calm Mind as they switch out also. Perfect counter to nearly all the OU Spinners.

    4. Alakazam@Choice Specs
    Nature: Timid
    EV: 252 Sp Attack/Speed
    1. Psychic
    2. Energy Ball
    3. Shadow Ball
    4. Trick

Standard TrickSpecs Zam. Would Starmie be better?

    5. Zangoose@Choice Scarf
    Nature: Adamant
    EV: 252 Attack/82 HP/176 Speed
    1. Return
    2. Shadow Claw
    3. Close Combat
    4. Ice Punch (tutor)

NOT REPLACING WITH OU!!!Choice Sweeper. Can outspeed max Jolly Weavile with that spread. It CANNOT get Night Slash and Ice Punch on the same set. Becuase Night Slash is an egg move in Gen IV and Ice Punch is a tutor move in Gen III, it cannot pass down either, so I used Shadow Claw to hit Ghosts.

    6. Infernape@Muscle Band
    Nature: Jolly
    EV: 252 Attack/Speed
    1. Flare Blitz
    2. Earthquake
    3. Thunderpunch
    4. Mach Punch

Flare Blitz=great STAB attack, Thunderpunch covers Gyarados much better and can OHKO after Initmidate (after SR switch in it). I wouldn't use Stone Edge because I wouldn't put Infernape vs a Dragon in the first place. Mach Punch is a MUST, since ALL my Sweepers will get outsped by Weavile and then OHKO's. Mach Punch always goes first and will get a OHKO on Weavile.

If I say not replacing with an OU, then that means I WILL NOT REPLACE WITH AN OU!!!

Swampert is the Special Wall. More of a mixed wall with Curse, but his primary is Special Walling then Physical.

Swampert with 100 DEF and 90 SDEF isn't considered a wall. Its meant to be a tank pokemon. And it can't wall with a x4 Grass weak

I wouldn't put it against something with Grass attacks. Shadow Ball from Gengar doesn't even do much damage to it.

looks ok, but this team would have serious issues with Gyarados. you should probably give zangoose thunderpunch instead of shadow claw. hitting ghosts SE is not that important on a physical sweeper. most ghosts aren't very bulky anyway. the hope is that zangoose can survive a hit from gyara after one DD and can deliver an OHKO with tpunch. otherwise, mismagius will be too slow once gyara uses its first DD to deliver gyara. its lower hp and def don't help it in much against any gyara.

make infernape mixed and give it flamethrower over flare blitz (hasty or naive nature). flare blitz really hurts it a LOT, and even so, infernape would get walled by a lot of things.

A lot of pokemon carry around Energy Ball. Gengar, Zam, And some with Grass knot.

I advise you to get a PURE special wall, like Milotic/

Isn't Milotic weak to grass? And even then Skarmory+Milotic? Electric says hi.

EDIT~ Gyarados hasn't ever been a problem for me. In fact, it has been of the Pokemon I don't worry about at all. They switch in to Skarmory and I switch in to Infernape and they ended up using Taunt. If they DD I'll switch to Skarm ro Whirlwind. This usually happens, the other cases was when I Trick Specs on the Gyarados.

swampert can pull off being a special wall quite well. the only trouble to it is constant fear. just about every special sweeper got Energy Ball this gen, and it's very hard to tell whether they are carrying it or not. then you have grass knot which is beyond popular... it's hard for swampert this gen =/

Well, I know that Gengar/Zam/MixedApe are Energy Ball users, but if they switch in on Swampert, of course I'll know they'll use it, especially since no one would put Infernape vs Swampert unless they had it.

Still, no infernape I know can switch in on swampert without VERY good prediction, since EQ and waterfall OHKO Nape...yeah.

yeah but there are pokes like metagross and bronzong who are becoming more known for having grass knot.

then you have other bulky waters who also learn grass knot, etc.

Yeah I know. I'll end up switching my Infernape or Zangoose vs SpApe,(Grass Knot has 60 BP vs Zangoose I believe). Enough to survive.
